Williamson County Warrant Records Williamson County Warrant Records

This page explains what we can and cannot help with, and where to direct questions about official Williamson County warrants. Most requests belong with the sheriff's warrant unit or the court that issued the warrant, not with us - the routing below sends each need to the right place.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the sheriff's warrant unit or the issuing court directly.

Need Official Warrant Information?

Contact the office that created or holds the record. Williamson County does not have one public warrant counter for every city and court:

  • County-held warrant question: contact Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Warrants and Extraditions at 615-790-5565. The unit is at 408 Century Court, Franklin, TN 37064.
  • General Sessions criminal case: call the Circuit Court Clerk’s General Sessions Criminal office at 615-790-5478 or visit the Judicial Center at 135 Fourth Avenue South, Franklin.
  • Circuit criminal docket: contact the Circuit Court Clerk at 615-790-5411. For the clerk’s central line, call 615-790-5454.
  • Recent jail booking: after intake, the Sheriff’s Office jail information line is 615-790-5570. Booking information does not replace a court-status confirmation.

For a city citation, contact that municipality’s court clerk first. The city pages summarize local contacts for Franklin, Spring Hill, Brentwood, Nolensville, and Fairview. County agency contacts cannot confirm every city-court docket.
